Potential May Meet up. Your thoughts?
Location - Cambridge
Time - 9.00am at Kings Cross Station or 10.15 at Cambridge station.
Date - 16th or 17th or 18th May
A day in Cambridge! General itinerary will be to shoot a few colleges / street life, pub for lunch then more shooting afterwards.

16th is a Friday, is that what you meant?
Cambridge is a bit of a trek for me, I’d probably drive up if I decide to go (i do remember that the one way system there is a bit of a nightmare) would have to investigate if there is free/cheap parking somewhere.
But it does sound interesting.

I’m in. My preference is Sat 17th as there will probably be more trains running from London to Cambridge.

There didn’t seem to be much interest in traveling to Cambridge. Sorry guys, I’ve dropped the ball on meet ups. I really do always want to plan them, but then other things get in the way and I drop the ball. Oi.
Any suggestions for future meets? I know Eric has something in mind. I’ll get back to him this weekend and post about it soon.

Yeah, I would have loved too - but it’s a little far for me, on a weekend that I do a wedding.
London is just over an hour for me and that’s not so bad.
As for suggestions - just unusual places really, not events - that is a big ‘no no’ for me, I get very little out of it. An Eric or Richard walk around London’s lost past would be good.
I have suggested a Brighton meet up before, but maybe a little too far for most people. Fine for me, as I am only 45-50 mins up the road.
Maybe we should have a Martin Parr esque escape to Southend or something?
Just ideas really.

Brighton would be cool, I dont know it so well, but enjoyed the one afternoon I spent there. Southend would also be great - what about Dungeness(spelt badly)? Looks like it could be fun, but maybe its been done to death.
Stuart seeems to be pushing Brentford canal on another thread, how does that suit everyone? or all four of you..
Is there a way of stirring up the interest of all the people whose blogs are listed here, and who add to the photostream on flickr to get some more bodies interested?
