My suggestion would be Camden or Portobello Road

So, is anyone going to turn up on Saturday or will it just be Tom & I again?
Email all your friends & remind them/let them know. I think when the website changed addresses, we lost a number of people, none of the meetups since then have been well attended. We need more people turning up.

mmmm….. Hi Neil,
I am hoping to turn up. May I say that it would be more helpful if you suggested a venue?
Maybe the problem is that no one seems to want to commit. The reasons? Some of us need to plan things in advance not a day or two before an event. Sorry if this seems a bit short and to the point, but it is a bit annoying to read after my effort to plan and be there this Saturday…. not a good impression! I do think you guys are doing a good job in getting things going… it is much appreciated. So I still look forward to seeing you chaps provided a I meet up is actualy organised.

You guys are both right.
Paul - we do need to plan better and more in advance. I quite agree. I’m not clued up on London to be honest and living in Oxford now, I don’t get into the city much so I often find it difficult to suggest places. That being said I need to make more of an effort to plan these in advance.
Neil - I completely understand your frustration. I need to make an effort to contact folks on our blogroll to let them know about the new site and also encourage them to sign up to the RSS or the Google Group so they can keep up-to-date on meetups.
In the coming weeks, I will make a concerted effort to get things back on track so future meetups are more successful. The Photobloggers.org network is busy discussing improvements for the various city sites so we will see what that has to offer in the new year.
Perhaps we can chat about this more on Saturday.
