“This summer Channel 4 begins the search for Britain´s best new digital photographer. Picture This offers a unique opportunity for photographers from all disciplines and backgrounds to take part in a flagship Channel 4 arts series.

Chosen exclusively from postings on this open-entry website, a selection of the UK´s most exciting new photographers will be invited to take part in a challenging competition to be filmed and then planned for broadcast on Channel 4.

Those selected will undertake a series of assignments, testing their skills in a number of different photographic genres. Their work will be assessed by world-famous members of the photographic community, amongst them photographers, buyers and curators.

But ultimately only one photographer will be chosen as the winner and will receive a fantastic prize.”
